Progressive Property Management celebrated its 12th year anniversary in July of 2019. The company predominantly operates in the City of Davis, a vigorous and unique community noted for a small-town atmosphere and exceptional quality of life. The preservation of Davis’ high property values is strongly influenced by curb appeal and quality of overall property maintenance. Progressive Property Management proudly offers quality properties to tenants and reliable maintenance processes for owners.

In addition to Davis properties, Progressive offers select Sacramento, West Sacramento, Woodland, and Dixon properties. The management approach is consistent with all properties and results are consistent as well. Quality properties with satisfied tenants and owners.

Donna Gary is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the California Department of Real Estate. Property management was a natural transition for Donna after spending 20 years in mortgage banking for a local Davis firm. As a Davis native, she is deep rooted in the community and appreciates the need for quality real estate management. Her personal and professional commitment to honesty, integrity and excellence, support positive relationships and personalized service that clients appreciate and value.

Donna resides in Davis with her husband and her family resides locally as well.

Anna Richards joined the company in 2014, bringing with her many years of property management and bookkeeping experience. Anna’s analytical approach, attention to detail and drive for perfection suit her perfectly in her role as the company’s Lead Bookkeeper.

Anna’s vast knowledge of the industry continues to expand through her commitment to continuing industry specific education.  Her ongoing exploration of new ideas and tools enhances the quality and efficiency of service we are able to offer our clients.

Anna’s financial experience influences development and implementation of company policy and operational procedures.  Her high level of expertise keeps the company on track and current with industry changes and improvements.  She actively applies her wealth of information to eagerly assist and support both owners and tenants with accounting needs.

Anna resides in Woodland with her family.

Robert Caruso joined the team in 2018 as an Assistant Property Manager and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with the California Department of Real Estate.  Robert’s prior sales experience enhances his global knowledge of real estate.  Active application of his talents, expertise and knowledge is a proven advantage which enhances the quality of service he provides.

Robert was raised in Sacramento and currently resides in Winters.  His kind and patient demeanor support our goals of providing helpful and prompt customer service.
